Directions & Important Use Notes
From the product details:
- Not to be used on fish intended for human consumption
- Ensure the aquarium is well aerated for the entire treatment period
- Remove activated carbon from the filtration system while treating, as it will strip the medication from the water
- This product contains a dye, which can stain if spilled—handle with care
Always follow label directions and observe fish closely during treatment.
Dosage Rates
Standard dose:
- Use 5mL of Aquasonic Formalin Malachite Solution per 20 litres of aquarium water
Sensitive species:
- For tetras, baby fish and scaleless fish (such as loaches), use a reduced dose of 5mL per 40 litres of aquarium water
Additional notes:
- Do not overdose
- Repeat the treatment after 3 days if necessary
- Not suitable for reef systems—harmful to corals
Storage & Disposal
- Store below 30°C (room temperature)
- Replace the lid tightly after each use
- Dispose of the empty container by wrapping in paper and placing it in household garbage
Safety Instructions
- Will irritate eyes and may irritate skin

- If product contacts skin: wash immediately with soap and water
- If product gets in eyes: rinse immediately with plenty of water
- Wash hands thoroughly after use

- If in eyes: hold eyelids open, flush with water for at least 15 minutes, and seek medical attention
