Extra Micro Brine Shrimp Eggs San Francisco Bay Eggs 95% + hatch rate.
The San Francisco Bay area and serveral other hypersaline biotopes are home to a species, or subspecies, of brine shrimp often referred to as the "San Francisco' strain of the more commonly found artemia Franciscan. The newly hatched nauplii of the cysts harvested from theses unique biotopes are prized by serious aquarists becasue of their smaller size and generlly higher HUFA value. The San Francisco strain cysts represnt only a tiny portion of al cycsts which are harvested worldwide and becasue of their limited numbers are more expesnive to obtain.
Due to the shells of ocean Artemia being heavier some shells will sink to the bottom when hatched. Please watch this in dept video we made about them.Â
